A robbery suspect was dead and two others were in custody Friday after they held up a Bank of America branch, authorities said.
The suspect, who apparently committed suicide, was found in a getaway car with the other two suspects, including a juvenile, after a brief pursuit, Sheriff’s Lt. Ed Stewart said. Deputies did not fire any shots, he said.
Deputies recovered weapons from the suspects’ car, along with a large amount of cash taken from the bank, Stewart said.
