Charge in concert fall may go away

A complaint against a Connecticut woman who fell from the rafters at Boston’s Fenway Park during a Rolling Stones concert will be dropped if she stays out of trouble for six months.
At a hearing in Boston Municipal Court this week, a clerk magistrate declined to issue the misdemeanor charge that had been sought by police against Claire O’Leary, 20, of Westport, Conn. O’Leary broke both ankles and her wrist after climbing into the right-field rafters on Aug. 21, then falling 35 feet to the seats below.
