Take Heed, L.A. Drivers

In this “City of Angels,” most of which drive like the devil, traffic school instructor Brian Laughlin has been a deliverer from evil (“You’re Always a Freshman at Traffic School,” by Mark Edward Harris, Metropolis, Jan. 9). Seeing him in your magazine made my day, as I personally know that what he does, and how he does it, genuinely makes a difference for those who take the time to listen. His wit is quick, his delivery is timely and his message is seriously funny. He has a voice that sticks in the back of your head, correcting misjudgments. He really cares.
