It doesn’t add up

I wish The Times and all major media would stop being cheerleaders for the misinformation of the Bush administration. A July 14 headline is a perfect case in point: “Deficit Down 22% in Latest Projection.” Yet if one reads further down, it says the reported figures don’t include the cost of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. More complete reporting is called for.
