Bush Doesn’t Get It

President Bush says that every part of the Patriot Act is constitutional (June 10). Has he read the document? What is there about the 4th Amendment that he does not understand? It clearly states, “It is the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures and that no warrants shall be issued but upon probable cause.”
