Man Charged in Slaying of University Student

A man was charged in Baltimore in the January killing of a Johns Hopkins University student in her off-campus apartment.
Donta M. Allen, 27, was arrested at his home within a mile of the school’s undergraduate campus and charged with first-degree murder in the death of Linda Trinh, 21.
