A charming taste of Argentina

What a wonderful surprise to see Mt. Fitz Roy on the front page of the Travel section [“Argentina’s Dramatic Nature,” March 13]. I recently returned from El Chalten and have two suggestions for people traveling to this charming and tiny town.
Take extra pesos because El Chalten does not have a bank, ATM or currency exchange. Be sure to visit the El Bodegon microbrewery on Avenue San Martin. The beer and popcorn are welcome after a long hike.
