Re “ ‘Permanent Memory’ of Holocaust Opens in Berlin,” May 11: By denying the representation of non-Jewish Holocaust victims at the Berlin memorial, a certain mean-spirited group is denying their legitimacy, and thereby relegating the spirits of these victims to their own perpetual holocaust.
