Flood Reportedly Traps Dozens of Coal Miners

A coal pit flood blamed on “overproduction” has trapped an estimated 57 miners in central China, the New China News Agency said today.
The flood struck Thursday night in Shanxi province, and 101 miners managed to escape, the agency said.
