Funeral arrangements for Anna Nicole Smith are under way, but she won’t be buried until at least Tuesday, said Richard Milstein. Milstein was appointed to make decisions for Smith’s next of kin, her 5-month-old daughter Dannielynn.
On Thursday, Broward Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin gave Milstein the right to choose Smith’s burial site. Milstein chose to bury Smith next to her son in Nassau, Bahamas.
Smith died of still undetermined causes Feb. 8 after she was found unconscious in her suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. She was 39.
