Ford says restructuring will cost $11.2 billion

Ford Motor Co. said it expected its North American restructuring plan to cost about $11.2 billion.

The figure includes $9.98 billion spent last year, Dearborn, Mich.-based Ford said. The balance, which is primarily for reducing salaried workers, should be spent in the first quarter.
