Militant among 18 arrested in raid

Khalil Shilo, a member of Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, was among 18 men arrested by Israeli troops in a raid on Palestinian military headquarters in the West Bank city of Ramallah.
Shilo, whose group is a violent offshoot of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah movement, had been on the run since the outbreak of the second Palestinian uprising in 2000.
