U.S. downplays N. Korea absence

North Korea stayed away from six-nation talks on its nuclear program in a dispute over $25 million of its funds.
But Christopher Hill, the chief U.S. envoy to the talks, met with Kim Kye Gwan, his North Korean counterpart, and later downplayed concerns.
The U.S. has said the money would be transferred to a North Korean account in Beijing and it is up to Macao, a Chinese territory, to release it.
