China cancels world tour

The China Philharmonic has canceled a worldwide tour that included a May 22 performance at Walt Disney Concert Hall.
The tour, which included piano soloist Lang Lang, was canceled because of a withdrawal of a key sponsor, according to a Los Angeles Philharmonic spokesman. He said the Philharmonic would give refunds to ticket holders.
