* N.Y. Rangers 3, at Buffalo 2 (SO): Scott Gomez scored the decisive shootout goal for the Rangers, who improved to 10-0-3 in their last 13 games and moved into a tie with Ottawa for fifth in the East.
* at Calgary 7, St. Louis 3: Jarome Iginla became Calgary’s career goal-scoring leader with his 365th. Iginla, who has spent 11 seasons with the Flames, ranks third in points (743) and was already the leader in games (847).
* Vancouver 2, at Kings 1 (OT): Ryan Kesler scored the tying goal with 2:41 left in regulation and scored again on a tip-in 46 seconds into overtime.
