Wal-Mart to buy Japanese chain

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said it would buy the rest of Japanese chain Seiyu.
Wal-Mart said in December that it had boosted its stake to 95.1% after offering to pay as much as $1.02 billion for the half of Seiyu it didn’t already own.
