Diabetes: An article in Sunday’s Section A on diabetic foot care said Dr. George Andros was affiliated with Providence St. Joseph Medical Center. Andros is no longer with Providence St. Joseph and has moved to Valley Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys.
