Summer at theme parks: An article in Thursday’s Business section about new attractions at Southern California theme parks said attendance dropped sharply last year at all the parks except Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure Park. The Legoland resort in Carlsbad reported a 6% increase in attendance in 2009 compared with 2008.
Solo sailor: An article in Sunday’s Section A about Australian sailor Jessica Watson gave the name of its writer as Jessica Bennett. Jennifer Bennett wrote the article.
Episcopal bishops: An article in Sunday’s California section about the ordaining of the Los Angeles region’s first two female Episcopal bishops included a reference to “Bruce and Jardine” taking the stage at Long Beach Arena shortly before the start of the service. Mary Douglas Glasspool took the stage alongside Diane Jardine Bruce.
