When a business won’t honor the price on its website

John was shopping for gaming gear the other day on Wal-Mart’s website. He saw super-low prices and immediately submitted an order.
Not long after, he learned that Wal-Mart wouldn’t honor the deal, saying it had been a computer glitch.
