Michael Gardner is a real estate agent, a blogger, a photographer and now, a broker’s caravan food reviewer. Talk about creating a niche and filling it.
Malibu agents have long worked to outdo one another with food stuffs at open houses just for real estate sales people. After all, other agents need motivation to make the trek to some pretty out-of-the-way locations in the coastal city.
So, the man behind the Malibu Real Estate Blog takes us along as he travels to a house on the agent caravan promising a Russian breakfast.
Gardner seems to be a natural for in-the-car commentary. Other YouTube videos he has made inside his vehicle have explored such topics as the Malibu septic ordinance and summer home rentals, where he gives viewers “the low down on the high end.”
