Singer-pianist-songwriter Billy Joel has sold his waterfront estate in Miami Beach for $13.75 million.
The Mediterranean-style home sits on La Gorce Island and has 165 feet of waterfront. The 8,881 square feet of living space include a wine cellar, an elevator, seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. An outdoor kitchen has views of the bay.
Joel, 64, released his hit “Piano Man” in the early 1970s. His “Just the Way You Are” won Grammys for song of the year and record of the year in 1978.
