Local football product and NFL quarterback Jimmy Clausen has put an investment property in a gated Westlake Village community up for least for $14,000 a month.
Completely remodeled by the QB, the two-story Mediterranean boasts a chandelier-topped entry, tile and wood floors, wrought iron finishes and three stone fireplaces.
Formal living and dining rooms, a game room and a separate theater with stadium seating are within more than 5,600 square feet of living space. The updated chef’s kitchen has granite countertops, a stainless steel range and a center island with seating for an entire offensive line.
There are five bedrooms and five full bathrooms including a master suite with a balcony overlooking the backyard.
A wide patio, swimming pool and spa and an attached three-car garage make up the grounds. Views take in the surrounding hillside.
Clausen bought the house four years ago for $1.595 million, records show.
Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX Olson & Assoc. holds the listing.
Clausen, 28, was a standout at Oaks Christian School in Westlake Village, earning the Hall Trophy as a senior, and a three-year starter at Notre Dame. He appeared in five games for the Chicago Bears and Baltimore Ravens last season, making three starts.
