Singer-songwriter Kesha has sold her bungalow in Venice, for sale at $1,809,760.
The 1920s Spanish-style house retains its vintage charm with graceful coved ceilings, interior arches and rustic wood floors.
A vine-covered archway at the front of the yard opens to a terra-cotta walkway and a fountain. Inside, white and light living space includes a living room with a fireplace, an adjacent dining room, an updated kitchen with a breakfast area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms within 1,616 square feet.
French doors open to a backyard with multiple patios for outdoor dining and lounging, a spa and an outdoor fireplace. An art studio occupies the detached one-car garage.
Kesha, 28, co-wrote her albums “Animal” (2010) and “Warrior” (2012) and is working on a third studio album. Among her hit songs are “Tik Tok” and “Die Young.” She was an expert on ABC’s singing competition show “Rising Star.”
She bought the property last year for $1.65 million.
Peter Lorimer of Peter Lorimer Group Estates was the listing agent. Sri Kesava of Bulldog Realtors represented the buyer.
