The group Los Invencibles Cadetes de Nuevo Leon relaxes on Cesar Chavez Boulevard. The Boyle Heights Neighborhood Council met recently to discuss a proposed mural that was set to go up next month at the new Hollenbeck police station in Boyle Heights.
