Carrie Prejean drops lawsuit against beauty pageant...because of a sex tape?

“Biblically correct” Carrie Prejean has dropped her million-dollar lawsuit against the Miss California organization, and the pageant org has followed sash, dismissing their $5,200 claim concerning Prejean’s breast implants. Nicolas Cage sues his financial advisor, sells off property

A skit on Conan O’Brien’s Wednesday night show that featured William Shatner reciting (what was purported to be) Levi Johnston’s tweets was the center of quite a stir this week. Levi was none too pleased, considering the tweets were actually an impostor’s work, and demanded the skit be retracted, or else litigation would ensue. Thursday, Conan and Shatner returned to apologize to Johnston, and Shatner proceeded to perform a re-do, this time with Johnston’s actual tweets -- many of which were funnier that the faker’s.
