The Life and Time of Tim Hetherington Filmmaker Sebastian Junger, who worked with the photojournalist on the Afghanistan war documentary “Restrepo,” made this film to celebrate the life and career of his colleague, who was killed in April 2011 while covering the rebel uprising in Libya. 8 p.m. HBO
