Foul play is not suspected in the death of a man whose body was found in a downtown Los Angeles building that burned Saturday morning, authorities said.
The victim was discovered inside the building in the 700 block of East 9th Place after firefighters extinguished the blaze, which started about 7 a.m., said Officer Sally Madera, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department.
Authorities have ruled the death accidental. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
