Reader photo: Up, up, and away

Diane Trimble took this early morning photo from the shore of Lake Skinner during the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival on June 1.
She says that “with the exception of two or three other photographers, I had the lake to myself. It was very peaceful watching the balloons glide over the lake, and I fell in love with that beautiful tree so I incorporated it into this photo.”
Trimble used her Canon 40D with an 18 mm-200 mm lens.
