Woman, 77, killed by car in North Hollywood

A 77-year-old woman was hit and killed by a car Friday night in North Hollywood.
The incident occurred about 6 p.m. at Kittridge Street and Irvine Avenue, police said.
The investigation is ongoing, but no arrests are expected to be made, police said.
No other details were released.
