Teen’s funeral set for Saturday

The funeral for a 14-year-old Marina High School student who died last week during a physical education class will be Saturday morning.
A memorial service for John Rambo will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church, 2721 Delaware St., Huntington Beach, according to Heritage Memorial Services. The public is invited to attend.
Rambo had a seizure in the weight room during a physical education class Feb. 23. Though faculty attempted to resuscitate him and called an ambulance, he remained unresponsive and was pronounced dead at Huntington Beach Hospital. An autopsy was inconclusive, and a cause of death is still unknown.
Funeral services are being handled by Heritage Memorial Services in Huntington Beach.
