Baseball: Granada Hills wins City Section wild-card game

It’s going to be the battle for supremacy in Granada Hills on Tuesday in a City Section Division I baseball playoff opener.
Granada Hills set up a first-round game against host Kennedy by winning its wild-card game on Monday, 2-0, over Huntington Park.
Sophomore Gerardo Ramirez threw a two-hit shutout. Matt Nash contributed two hits.
Granada Hills will send Chris Murphy against Kennedy and likely Felix Rubi.
