Boys’ basketball: Lonzo Ball shows off his passing skills in McDonald’s All-American game

Lonzo Ball of Chino Hills showed off his passing skills in Wednesday’s McDonald’s All-American game in Chicago.
He was making lob passes and pinpoint passes in helping the West defeat the East, 114-107. He had 13 assists, tying the game record. There were nearly 40 dunks in the game.
Josh Jackson from Prolific Prep in Napa and Frank Jackson from Utah Lone Peak were named co-MVPs. Each scored 19 points.
In the girls’ game, Sabrina Ionescu from Orinda Miramonte scored 25 points to help the West defeat the East, 97-88, in overtime.
