Boys’ basketball: Maranatha tourney semifinals are back at Maranatha

Calling glass repair. That’s what they are doing today at Pasadena Maranatha, where basketball tournament games will remain at Maranatha after quick repairs were made following Sierra Canyon’s Cody Riley shattering of a glass backboard with a dunk on Thursday night.
Friday’s semifinal schedule in the Gold division has Compton playing Chino Hills at 7 p.m. and Fairfax facing a to be announced team at 8 p.m.
