Boys’ basketball: Opening matchups set for Fairfax tournament

The matchups have been finalized for the Fairfax basketball tournament June 22-27 at Fairfax High.
Opening games on Monday, June 22, have Maranatha vs. Long Beach Poly, 3 p.m.; Crespi vs. Orange Lutheran, 4:30 p.m.; Fairfax vs. El Segundo, 6 p.m.; Loyola vs. Chino Hills, 7:30 p.m..
Opening games on Tuesday, June 23, have Alemany vs. Windward, 4:30 p.m.; Brentwood vs. Corona Centennial, 6 p.m.; Sierra Canyon vs. La Canada, 7:30 p.m.
On June 24, Mater Dei will play Santa Monica at 4:30 p.m.
The championship game is Saturday, June 27, at 6 p.m.
