Boys’ basketball: Point guard Kendall Small chooses Oregon

Standout junior point guard Kendall Small of Lakewood Mayfair announced on Tuesday that he has committed to Oregon.
Small, who turned 17 on Tuesday, was a first-team All-Area selection by The Times. He averaged 21.2 points.
