Boys’ soccer: It’s Canoga Park vs. El Camino Real in the battle of unbeatens

The top soccer match of the City Section season is set for Friday at 12:30 p.m. at Crespi, when unbeaten El Camino Real faces unbeaten Canoga Park in a tournament game.
Canoga Park (6-0) is ranked No. 1 in California by TopDrawersoccer.com. The Hunters’ standout scorer, junior Ezequiel Quijada, already has six goals for the Hunters after scoring 32 goals as a freshman and sophomore.
Canoga Park is considered the favorite to win the City Division III championship. El Camino Real (7-0) is the favorite in Division I.
“I feel pretty highly about my team,” Canoga Park Coach Jake Gwin said. “The El Camino Real game will be a great barometer.”
