Football: Moore League having trouble with forfeits

It has not been a good winter for athletic directors in the Moore League.
Four schools have had to forfeit a total of six football victories because of ineligible players, Southern Section spokesman Thom Simmons said.
The latest is Compton, which forfeited a victory over Compton Centennial. It was Compton’s first win on the field since 2012. Now it goes down as a loss.
