Football: Paraclete’s Melquise Stovall vs. Sierra Canyon’s Bobby Cole on Friday night

The Gold Coast Conference title is up for grab on Friday when Sierra Canyon (9-0) plays Paraclete (5-4) at Antelope Valley College. And it’s also an individual battle featuring Sierra Canyon junior Bobby Cole and Paraclete senior Melquise Stovall.

Cole has become one of the standouts of 2015, showing versatility and big-play ability for Sierra Canyon. He has rushed for 1,307 yards and 18 touchdowns. He had 221 yards rushing against Brentwood and 207 yards against Taft.

Stovall, a former USC commit, is used as a running back and receiver. His speed will challenge Sierra Canyon.
