Los Angeles Times Sports columnist Bill Plaschke, Editor Mike James and writer Mike Bresnahan offered their analysis via Twitter as the NBA was handing down its punishment of Clippers owner Donald Sterling.
James notes that the punishment was harsher than many expected and that NBA Commissioner Adam Silver may have put himself on the map with the Sterling issue. For Plaschke, “the bottom line is, he still owns the team.”
