Tampa Bay Buccaneers sign former USC defensive lineman George Uko

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed defensive lineman George Uko to their 53-man roster this week.
Uko was promoted from the practice squad after tackle Gerald McCoy was placed on injured reserve.
The Buccaneers signed Uko as an undrafted free agent in October. The team has released and re-signed him twice since.
In 2013 at USC, Uko made seven tackles for losses, including five sacks. He had a season of eligibility remaining but declared for the 2014 draft.
The Buccaneers play the Green Bay Packers on Sunday at Raymond James Stadium, then close the season Dec. 28 at home against the New Orleans Saints.
