The USC Song Girls have answers.
In a video produced by USA Today Sports, the Song Girls explain -- complete with diagrams -- what qualifies as an ineligible receiver downfield.
Their explanation must have reached the USC football team before the season, because despite the Trojans’ 45 penalties, they have not been called for that infraction.
