Boys’ basketball: Former Crespi player Michael Milligan signs with Central Arkansas

Michael Milligan, a 6-foot-6 basketball player who used to play for Encino Crespi, has signed with Central Arkansas.
He moved to New York, then returned last year to play for a prep school in Carson.
