Dominic Davis of Alemany wins 100; Notre Dame wins 400 relay

Despite being bothered by a bad back. junior Dominic Davis of Alemany won the Mission League 100-meter title in 10.72 seconds on Thursday at Occidental College. He finished third in the 200.
Sophomore Tarrik Brock of Chaminade, disqualified on Monday because of a false start in the 100 prelims, used that motivation to win the 200 in 21.35.
Sherman Oaks Notre Dame took the 400 relay with a season-best time of 41.58. Koa Farmer, who anchored the relay team, finished second in the 200 with a time of 21.89.
Notre Dame’s Thomas Djergian won the high jump by clearing 6-7.
Notre Dame’s Donatella Asemota swept the sprints in the girls’ competition, winning the 100 in 11.93 and the 200 in 24.34.
