A 19-year-old San Juan Capistrano woman was hurt Tuesday night when she was hit by a vehicle near City Hall on Forest Avenue.
At about 9:21 p.m., police responding to reports of a traffic collision found the woman, who had been struck by a vehicle driven by a 64-year-old woman from Anaheim, according to Laguna Beach Police spokesman Tim Kleiser.
The cause of the collision is under investigation and alcohol is not a factor for either party involved, Kleiser said.
The pedestrian, whose name was not released, was taken to a local hospital for injuries that do not appear to be life-threatening, authorities said.
Further details about the incident were not immediately available, authorities said.
