Gear: ArmPocket has your number: It will fit almost any smartphone
- Share via
Oh, that a smartphone was smart enough to remain handy but not cumbersome. The ArmPocket has your back — well, actually your arm — and this cellphone armband has welcome features missing from some similar products.
Whatever your phone brand or size, whether in a case (even a large case) or not, there’s an ArmPocket model that should work. Your phone slides into the front of a padded transparent touch-control window inside a larger zippered compartment.
No need to worry about a screen protector out in the elements; the pocket is water resistant. The larger compartment has additional interior slots for cash, a key, credit card or other small items, and most models have high visibility reflective piping and provide access to your headphone music port.
The vented neoprene armband has an adjustable Velcro closure, and each of the ArmPocket models comes in small, medium or large, a great feature for users of different size and heft.
Most styles come in a choice of colors, from basic black to red or purple.
Info: ArmPocket costs $24.99 to $39.95, depending on size and features.
