Hawaii: Four-day fitness feast in Maui
Fitness and wellness will be the watchwords of an upcoming, four-day experience at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua amid the lush setting of the northwest shore of Maui.
“E malama kou kino” (“Care for Your Body”) will be held Oct. 31 through Nov. 3 at the AAA five-diamond resort.
A variety of workout sessions and interactive seminars are planned. Among the experts leading the sessions will be Robert Ferguson of Diet Free Life, Beth Shaw and her team from YogaFit, and strength and conditioning coach Nick Tumminello of “Performance University.”
The daytime events are complimentary for overnight hotel guests. Non-guests can purchase day passes priced at $45.
An evening activity at the resort’s Waihua Spa -- with healthy appetizers and “skinny” cocktails and mini-treatments -- will also be offered for $55 per person.
Info and reservations: (808) 665-7079.
