Wedding Policies and Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all couples the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa has the following policies and guidelines:
- Rental Fee: $3,500 to $5,000 for a reception, 6 hours of event time, excludes setup and teardown time.* Food and Beverage Minimum: A food and beverage minimum applies to all events.
- Ceremony Only Wedding Package: $5,000 to $7,500 for a ceremony only.
- Non-Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000 for a ceremony and $1,000 for a reception.
- Wedding Coordinator: A wedding coordinator is required.
- Decorations: All decorations must be approved by the resort.
- Music: Amplified music is allowed indoors and outdoors but must stop by 10:00 PM.
- Smoking: Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
- Alcohol: All alcohol must be provided by the resort.
