The first of six towers planned for South Coast Metro Center in Costa Mesa is more than 30% pre-leased with leases valued in excess of $10 million, according to Transpacific Development Co., developer of the project.
The $190-million, granite-clad project at 575 Anton Boulevard was designed by Gin Wong Associates.
