Summer Island Homes Open in Waterfront Development

Summer Island opens today in the 410-acre master-planned Creekside Village development in Ontario, centered on one of two peninsulas in the 7.6-acre man-made lake.
Homes are offered in three floor plans and nine elevations, with three and four bedrooms in one and two stories. They range from 1,342 to 1,875 square feet and are priced from $109,900 to $154,900, with move-ins expected to begin Aug. 1.
Features of the homes include vaulted ceilings and wood-burning fireplaces. The developer is the Manning Co.
Three models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 3302 Summer Island Court, reached from the Pomona Freeway taking Archibald Avenue south.
