Fernando Goes Only on WTBS

Tonight’s Dodger game, in which Fernando Valenzuela (19-9) goes against the Atlanta Braves in his bid to win 20 games in a season for the first time in his career, will be televised only on Atlanta cable superstation WTBS.

The game was not part of Channel 11’s regular 50-game schedule, and Ray Green, the station’s program director, said there was no discussion with the Dodgers about adding the game to the schedule.
